One of the applications in Reten AI ecosystem is Pulse AI, a web-based tool that gathers and analyzes data on how employees use Bitrix24.
The application consists of three main blocks:

• Activity dashboards for employees in Bitrix24: graphs, lists, widgets.
• AI-bot with notifications about decreased activity, analysis of reasons for the decrease, and a retention program(in development).
• Functionality for transferring activity statistics to a Bitrix24 partner/integrator/consultant + a summary dashboard for the partner's client group.

Method 1:
In the Market section of your Bitrix24, find the Pulse AI application.
Click "Install".

Find the Pulse AI application in the Bitrix24 application library

A new item will appear in the left main menu of Bitrix24.

The application helps to:

• Maximize the efficiency of Bitrix24 throughout its use;
• Control the implementation process of Bitrix24 in the initial stages;
• Efficiently use paid Bitrix24 licenses;
• HR managers monitor engagement and prevent employee turnover;
• Trainers understand who needs training and which Bitrix24 modules to use;
• Sales department managers monitor sales manager activity and influence sales growth.

The app starts collecting user activity statistics from the installation date, and the graph and statistics will be displayed the next day.
Within a few days, you will have access to statistics that can be used to make decisions and draw conclusions.

Option 1 - From the Client:

1. Click on the "Settings" button.
2. In the "Share Dashboard" section, enter the email of the Partner that they used when registering in the Application as a Partner. (Registration of a partner using the link https://b24.reten.app/login)

Option 2 - From the Partner:

1. The Partner/Integrator/Consultant have to registered account at https://b24.reten.app/login
2. Send the partner the link/address of your Bitrix24 - domain.bitrix24.com or domain.com (for On-Premise Edition).
3. The Partner adds your Bitrix24 link to their account in the "Clients" section.
4. In the client account, in the "Settings" section, a request will appear in the "Share Dashboard" block.
5. Confirm the request.
6. Now the data is available to your partner.

The client can disconnect the transmission of data to any partner at any time or choose another partner.

Attention!
The application does not transmit business data on the company's activities, sales, etc. Only a list of employees and departments and their activity rates in the Bitrix24 modules.

The percentages in the blocks show the number of users who use CRM / Tasks and projects / Other (divide) by the total number of Bitrix24 users.
In the Total block, the percentage of users who were active in one or more blocks (CRM, Tasks and projects, Other) is displayed (divide) by the total number of Bitrix24 users.

CRM:
Events: Adding, modifying, commenting, deleting.
In entities: Lead, Deal, Invoice, Contact, Company, Tasks, Calls, Quote.

Tasks and projects:
Adding, modifying (all options within the task), commenting, deleting tasks.

Other:
Calendar - Adding, modifying, deleting events.
Activity Stream - Adding, modifying, commenting, deleting posts.

The list of employees and departments is updated once a week.

The application is useful for:

• Controlling the Bitrix24 implementation project;
• Monitoring customer user engagement throughout their use of Bitrix24;
• Providing wider and better quality support for Bitrix24;
• Upselling additional monitoring and support services to prevent Bitrix24 adoption failure;
• Ensuring continuous Bitrix24 license renewals.

Option 1 - From the Client:

1. Click on the "Settings" button.
2. In the "Share Dashboard" section, enter the email of the Partner that used when registering in the Application as a Partner.

Option 2 - From the Partner:

1. The Partner/Integrator/Consultant should have a registered account at https://b24.reten.app/login
2. Get the url of the client Bitrix24 (https://company.bitrix24.com/)
3. Adds Bitrix24 url to account in the "Assistance" section.
4. In the "Settings" section on the client's side, the client in the "Share Dashboard" block should confirm the request.

Now, the client's statistics are available to the partner.

Attention!
The application does not transmit business data on the company's activities, sales, etc. Only a list of employees and departments and their activity rates in the Bitrix24 modules.
